  • Usage data: Information about how you interact with the service, including content generated, features used, and login activity

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Floorplate service
  • Generate AI-powered content tailored to your brand, voice, and market
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails related to your account and service usage
  • Publish content to LinkedIn and send email campaigns on your behalf

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Floorplate. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

  • LinkedIn API — Social media posting. When you authorize LinkedIn integration, we use the LinkedIn API to publish content to your profile or company page.
