Content is tailored to your brand, voice, and target markets based on information you provide.
To use Floorplate, you must create an account with a valid email address and select a subscription plan. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.
Billing is handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize Hurless, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate associated with your selected plan. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the service until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You retain ownership of all content generated through Floorplate using your account. You are free to use, modify, publish, and distribute your generated content without restriction.
The Floorplate platform, including its design, branding, software, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Hurless, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurless, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
